Cuddle day

We didn't do much today, just stuck around the house.  Lillie got up around 0930 and we started the day.  She got up about an hour early so she was pretty ready for her first nap.  Then we played for a while and I gave her her next meal and she had her bottle, but I decided not to give her her 1500 nap.  Then she alternated before cuddling and whining.  I can definitely confirm that she gives hugs now, because for the past four hours I've gotten a lot of them, lol!  Other than that she had a really happy day, because dog-dog was around!  I didn't end up taking a lot of pictures today but here we are!

 This is absolutely the last sleep suit that is 6-9 months that fits her.  But I suspect that it's because it has no feet.  It works well as capris though LOL.

Playing in her bouncer.  She didn't even want to bounce.  She was such a cuddle bug today that she just wanted to lay in my lap.

Presents and a baby

Well it has been a little while, but I have been having trouble getting any pictures due to her lack of wanting to do anything buy whine or flat out cry.  She really thinks that me being in grabbing distance is quintessential to her happiness right now.  Between the grumping, she has found out that she can stand up in her crib (even though it isn't all the way down yet). She gets on on her knees and then tries to launch herself forward.  She has learned how to clap with a song. And I am pretty sure that she gave her first legitimate hug.  I was trying to get her to get in the crawling position and she fell and bonked her head.  She started to cry so I went to stand her up and she did it herself and just grabbed a hold of me.  It was too cute!  We are working on crawling and she can kind of low crawl backwards, but she is pretty clueless how to get going forward.  So photos and videos from the past couple of days.

That was Lillie, she wanted to write everyone a little message.  She didn't have a very good day, she just cried almost all day.  She took a nap and she was happy enough to let me leave the room for about 5 minutes. She mostly just said dada and baba a lot today.  I dropped a pillow on her and she said, "daddy".  I took LOTS of pictures today.

Another day!

Sorry I missed another day, before I went to bed I was going to post but the internet was down.  I apparently unplugged accidentally while cleaning.  Yesterday, we just played and had fun.  Lillie got one of her first Christmas gifts picked up, which I will take a picture of and post so that everyone knows what she already has.  She also got her first Halloween book.  She stayed on her schedule really well other than waking up at 0030.

She really wanted to be in this plastic tub.  When I took her out she just kept leaning over and trying to get back into it.
I didn't get any pics of her today, but she was doing some very cute things.  My favorite of which, she grabbed a hold of my knees while standing and just decided to snuggle there, lol.

Happy 8 month birthday, Lillie bug!

Sorry we missed a day, but we all went to bed at a reasonable time last night! 
Yesterday, we stuck close to home and Lillie didn't do much but she did straighten her legs while standing by herself.  She sort of half stood up.  She has gotten diaper rash again and I have been treating it, but I'm really worried that its the yeast infection persisting.  She was 100% back on her schedule today! :)  She did pretty good today but she really was tired and wanted to cuddle and be all over me all day, not that I minded.  She pinched and scratched me raw today though.  So here's what we were up to the past couple of days!
